EMPLOYER IN GENERAL
Hostile work environment. Rewards are based on "sucking up" instead of performance.

INFRASTRUCTURE / FACILITIES
Nice building and offices. Work out room (when I was there) was very nice. Great location with lots of good lunch spots nearby.

WORKPLACE / COLLEAGUES
This category is very hit and miss. The good employees are often over worked to cover for the less-apt "teacher pets", who just take up space. So it's about 50/50 good versus bad.

LEADERSHIP / MANAGEMENT

My colleagues and I coined a phrase about management at OPE, "Drive-by Management". Management shows up, lobs a few harsh phrases at the employees, disappears, and are then too busy to be bothered. They are never there when work is present, but are the first ones to criticize. They often blow things out of proportion and pull employees off of a client's job without telling the client, leaving the employee holding the bag.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
The pay is good, but the benefits stink. The higher than average starting pay is the fly paper, don't become its next victim.

WORKING HOURS
My weekly working hours on average…	46 - 50 hours
Salaried employees often work well over 45 hours a week and never receive any overtime compensation. Getting overtime for extra hours worked is like pulling teeth from a lion; you're lucky to get one and not lose something in the process.

TRAINING / CAREER
This company does not believe in preparing its employees or any sort of training. Employees are routinely thrown into the fire and are offered no help. Figuring things out for yourself is all well and good, but if you never teach people anything you burn them out and go though them like toilet paper. The industry experience is good however.
