| TRAINING / CAREER |
    |
computerized training, for like a whole week and its kinda pointless
because if you are new to the industry, you might as well be speaking
french. after like 6 months you should go back and re train because the
first time made no sense if you were new to things.
looong training process, not enough hands on or person to person training..
unless it was just my department, noone has anytime to help you because
they are too busy making money.
I am going to recommend working for them, but not in the lighting
department and maybe not in the branch. you need THICK SKIN. THIIIICK
SKIN!!! Positive: huge company, alot of opportunities, they have good
incentives, profit sharing, 401k (depends on union or not), pay well (union
1 raise a year and that is it), management is protecting their interests
only BUT i think corporate cares alot. Its your call, but beware |
