EMPLOYER IN GENERAL
A satisfactory employer overall but few growth opportunities, no employee development plans, no training and additional learning opportunities offered and not a very good paymaster.

INFRASTRUCTURE / FACILITIES
Internet access provided but largely restricted. No break room, a good canteen with expensive food... a mordern hi tech building with all mordern facilities.

WORKPLACE / COLLEAGUES
Formal Dress code, no cubicle (open plan offices), no privacy, infrastructure provided is quite basic. Very laid back attitude on work culture and targets... no good if you want to grow.. Most of the team there was university educated but had been ground down to lose their motivation and ambition... but really nice people on a personal level.

LEADERSHIP / MANAGEMENT
Managers are not very experienced in world class organisations (though they have tons of experience), they manage to bonuses and are unable to provide direction and mentoring to grassroot employees. If you are a specialist you can drive them to support your growth.

Poor / average Salaries and few or no benefits.

My weekly working hours on average…	46 - 50 hours
Hours varied but overtime and late working was not encouraged.
