How can I quickly find a review of an employer?
The quick search on the top of each page allows you to search directly for an employer. If your requested employer has a common name like Miller then it’s better to use the advanced search. There you can combine several criteria to optimize your search.
Can I look for all employers in a region or city?
Yes, leave the ‘employers name’ field empty and just select your requested area. Please remember that you will only find reviews for those companies where a review has been submitted.
How do I read the rating? Which employers are rated good and which are rated poor?
There are two ways to find out if an employer is rated good or poor. First you can check the field 'recommended?' and look if the reviewer is recommending to work for this employer. Second the number below rating is giving you information if an employer is rated very good (5.0) or very poor (1.0).
A quick overview you will get if you check out the number of thumbs - the more the better!
How can I find the best employer in a city?
Select 'Find review' and then 'Search by Region'. Choose a country, region and city and click 'Search now'. A new window opens up (only if you have deactivated your popup blocker) with the search result. Click now in the column header to 'average rating' and the list will be sorted by that. If you click again the sort direction will be changed and you will get at the first line the best-rated employer in this city!

Is it ensured that my identity is secured and that my actual employer won’t get the information about who submitted a review?
Yes, securing your identity is our most important concern. You don't need to submit to use this page any personal data. For all reviews you can use an alias.
What kind of employers can be rated / reviewed?
You can rate / review any kind of employer! It is important that all ratings / reviews only refer to a specific site. As departments in large companies may have different working conditions, management, etc. you can also enter the job category. However you should be careful if your rated company is small as the job category conclusions about your identity could be made – even if you use an alias, in such cases we dissuade to enter the job category.
I can not find the requested emloyer in the selection field 'Employer'!
If the requested employer isn't in the selection list go to the end of the list. There you will find '--not found--'. Choose it and in the next field '...or enter employer here' you can enter the requested employer. Then click 'Send'.
What should I keep in mind when I rate an employer?
Because of employers with same or similar name the correct selection or writing of an employer is very important. Please select the correct data about the country, region/state and city/district/town. Please do not use the legal form of a supplier attached to the name (e.g. IBM without Corporation). A common used name is be preferred (IBM and not International Business Machines)
How do I write a useful review?
Write a detailed review. Think about what others could be interested in. If you only write "I liked to work for this employer" this is not really helpful. Only if you write in detail why you liked or disliked to work for an employer could your review help others.
I don’t know what to write?
Look at reviews from other users to get an idea of what kind of information and criteria others have written about. On the other hand you also can use ‘only rating’ and just select a rating for predefined answers.
Am I allowed to publish content which is not from me?
No, this is not allowed. Please be aware if you are using sources from a third party, KELZEN.COM is legally forced to provide your personal data to the owner of the copyrights.
Are HTML-commands or LINKS to others sites allowed to be used in the reviews?
No, it is not allowed, except where KELZEN.COM is expressly giving such authority
Is it possible to change my reviews / rating after submitting?
No. A rating / review is a snapshot at the point of time doing the review. Also the technical effort for such changes is from our side extraordinary. But you may submit a new review with your updates after 3 months.
CHECK AN EMPLOYER REVIEW
I submitted a review / rating a few days ago but still can not read it online. Why?
Your review isn’t missing! To prevent fraudulent and manipulation we try to check as many as possible reviews and only after the check will we publish it online. This sometimes is time-consuming but we try to publish all reviews within 1 week of submission at the latest.
How long does it take until I can read my submitted review?
We are trying to release every review within three days!
REPORT ABUSE
What is the "report abuse" function?
If you find a review where you think that it violates the KELZEN terms of use you can send an 'abuse report' to the KELZEN administrator. KELZEN will check your report and inform the original reviewer to perform corrections. You need to submit your email address in the case we don't understand your abuse report and need to enequire more information. Your email address will not be forwarded to anyone.

What can I do with the function "Monitor employer"?
For all employers added to your monitoring list you will get when ever a new review for this employer will be released an information to your email address.
Employers can when ever you like deleted from your list. The function 'Monitored employers' you can find at MyKelzen.

What do I get for submitting reviews?
KELZEN.COM is based on following principle: EMPLOYEES HELP EMPLOYEES -> employer reviews from employee to employee. Your reviews and experience should help others at their job search. Thank and appreciation from other users is ensured. Maybe one day you will also need information about an employer and you can choose from a huge number of reviews.
I’d like to contact another user who has submitted a review. Can you provide me his/her email address?
No, we never publish or forward this or any similar information.
I found a review which breaks a rule of the terms of use (e.g. offend anybody else, foul-mouthed,…). What should I do?
You can directly send an abuse report by clicking the button 'Report Abuse' below the review.
